Tash and Karly at Finlandia Trophy
CS Finlandia Trophy Espoo 2018 – 5/10/2018 – 7/10/2018
It has been a busy week for Ice Dundee skaters Tash and Karly competing at the Challenger Series in Finland.
Short Program
Being a challenger series it was a tough competition with 24 skaters including 2015 World Champion Elizaveta Tuktamysheva from Russia.
Karly scored 49.20 points in her Short Program putting her in 12th place. Tash didn’t have the best skate, being weakened by a cold, scoring 41.36 points and putting her into 22nd place.
Free Program
Still not feeling 100% Tash managed to pull up two places from the Short Program finishing the competition in 20th place. Her Free Program earned her a score of 80.65 points and she got a combined total of 122.01 points.
Karly had a clean skate scoring her 103.18 points which put her into 10th place in the Free Program. With a combined total of 152.38 points she finsished the competition in the great 11th place not even a point off the top ten.
