The Promoter of The Greatest Show on Ice competition is Ice Dundee, a group based at Dundee Ice Arena (info@icedundee.co.uk).
The competition opens on Saturday 15 December at 12 noon and closes at midnight on Saturday 22 December. The competition is open to all UK residents. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian over 18 years old to enter the competition.
To enter the competition, entrants must email their answer along with their name and telephone number to info@icedundee.co.uk. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Multiple entries per person are not permitted.
Ice Dundee accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason, including network or software failures, and also has no liability in respect of any incomplete entries that are received. Incomplete entries will not be counted and will be discarded. Ice Dundee has no responsibility to inform any entrant that their entry is incomplete and not valid for entry to the Competition
The winner will win 6 Learn to Skate lessons, provided as part of Dundee Ice Skating Club’s group Learn to Skate sessions at Dundee Ice Arena, 7 Dayton Drive, Dundee, DD2 3SQ. (Dates and times of sessions to be found at http://dundeeicearena.co.uk).
Ten winners will be selected from all competition entries by representatives of Ice Dundee and notified by telephone by 27/12/2018 , and following this will be contacted by email with full details of how to claim the prize. By entering the competition the winner consents to the release of its name on www.icedundee.co.uk. The Competition prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
The Winner agrees that Ice Dundee may use their entry, photo, image, name and likeness to publicise the Competition, in any and all media that Ice Dundee desires. The Winner agrees to take part in such reasonable Competition-related publicity as Ice Dundee may require and accepts that Ice Dundee may publicise images/statements in connection with/resulting from this Competition. Ice Dundee may use data supplied by entrants to contact entrants in relation to other competitions it runs or to market products or services it believes may be of interest to them.
Ice Dundee collects, stores and processes all personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.icedundee.co.uk/privacy-policy. Ice Dundee will collect entrants personal data for the purpose of processing their application to the competition only. By entering the competition, entrants consent to Ice Dundee processing their personal data as detailed in full in our privacy policy. Unsuccessful entrants’ personal data will be deleted within 1 month of the closing date of the competition. Ice Dundee will hold the winners’ personal data for up to two years for the purpose of future publicity detailed above. Entrants may ask for their personal data to be deleted at any time by emailing info@icedundee.co.uk.
